Hello, Special Reader — Before we get started, let us pray.
In Jesus name, Heavenly Father, we thank You. Thank You for bringing this wonderful soul here to meet with You. We know it’s not by chance or a coincidence. We know it’s a divine appointment. So right now, Lord, we ask that whatever You had for them, they would see it. Whatever You wanted to give them, they would receive it in Jesus name.
Please Lord, open their heart to receive, their ears to hear, and their eyes to see You clearly. Remove anything that would block them from hearing You. May Your Spirit speak, move, and transform them, all so that You are glorified, and so that they walk away changed. In Jesus name. Amen.

“When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take care of me.” – Psalm 27:10 (NKJV)
Have you ever had someone try to encourage you, but you couldn’t receive it because you knew they hadn’t been through what you’ve lived through? It’s hard to take in words like “be strong” or “it gets better” when the person saying it hasn’t cried themselves to sleep at night, hasn’t felt abandoned, used, or lost. You think, how would they know? How can they possibly understand?
I used to feel the same way. That’s why I want to thank God for what I’ve walked through. Not because it was easy, but because of this moment. Because it allows me to be of use to you and to tell you with honesty, I understand. I’ve been there. And this isn’t just encouragement; it’s a lived truth: it does get better.
A Childhood Without a Father
When I was three, my dad left me and came to the U.S. Not long after, my mom left too. I have no memories of either of them from when I was young, no happy moments other people cherish. There’s no memory of “I remember when my dad…” or “My mom and I used to…” I was too young.
From then on, I bounced from house to house, staying with different family members. But instead of love, I encountered deep pain and disappointment. People who should have protected me hurt me instead. I was just a child. And I had no sense of home, no safety, no peace.
I remember waiting by the phone for my dad to call on my birthday. That was the only time I heard from him. Adults around me would mock me for still hoping, for still loving someone who only showed up once a year with broken promises. But I just wanted my father.
Looking for Love in All the Wrong Places
As I grew up, it became no better; instead, it got worse. I was no longer a young girl believing her dad’s lies. I was a young woman getting disappointed, feeling abandoned, rejected, and confused. I tried to replace those emotions with everything I could think of. I went to find that love in friendships that used me, relationships that abused my good heart. I was a lost sheep looking for someone to love and love me back. But when I got older, I found GOD, MY FATHER in Heaven.
HE became more than I could’ve ever imagined. He became my safe space, my love, my truth, my peace, my restorer, my EVERYTHING. And all that happened because I gave my life, which everyone said was useless, to the ONE who died for it. So no, your life is not worthless, my dear brothers and sisters. In the eyes of God, you are His Beloved. The Bible tells us so!!!
“For when the time was right, the Anointed One came and died to demonstrate his love for sinners who were entirely helpless, weak, and powerless to save themselves… Christ proved God’s passionate love for us by dying in our place while we were still lost and ungodly!” – Romans 5:6-8 (TPT)
Healed by the Shepherd
When I gave my life to Christ, He healed me. He restored what others and I had broken. He showed me that I was never truly alone; I had a Shepherd. And my Shepherd led me straight into the arms of the Father.
“Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
– John 14:6 (NKJV)
This can also be you. He already calls you His. You might think that you need to be perfect or be a saint before coming to Christ. But truth be told, only Jesus can truly make us holy for Him. You can receive more than just intimacy; you can receive that fatherly love you’ve been craving deep down. But only through Christ Jesus.
“For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, ‘Abba, Father.’’ – Romans 8:15 (NKJV)
“By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.”
– Hebrews 10:10 (NKJV)
God will not abandon you. He will not lie to you. He will not fail you. He will fight for you, provide for you, correct you in love, and call you into intimacy with Him. Every single day, He will take care of you. So don’t be afraid of trusting Him.
“A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling.”
– Psalm 68:5 (NIV)
There Is Hope
I shared this because I want you to know that I understand. You’ve felt rejected, abandoned, depressed, and even suicidal. But I am living proof that there is hope. Jesus changed everything for me. And He will do the same for you.

And maybe you’ve already given your life to Christ, but you haven’t experienced this kind of healing, this closeness with the Father. I encourage you to go back to Him. Repent. Ask Jesus to heal your heart and help you release the pain. I had to do the same. I had to walk through some very painful places. I had to have conversations with my Heavenly Father and forgive my dad, my mom, and the family members who hurt me. He didn’t leave me to do it alone, but it was hard. There were moments I wanted to give up. But I wasn’t willing to lose God because of pride, ego, or hurt. Holding onto offense doesn’t hurt the person who hurt you; it only hurts you. So why carry it? Why not let God heal you and bring you closer to Him to the place where the pain will no longer have power over you? Yes, even the pain of sexual assault can lose its grip on you when you let Jesus in.
He is the Light of men. The true Light of Men. So the Light of you and I. How can we then hope to experience true Light if we are not in Him, the Light of Men? That’s why all other fixes are just temporary candles being lit. At some point, they burn all the way out, and you’ll find yourself right back in the darkness. I beckon you, Jesus is calling you into the true Light. Answer Him.
Let us pray together:
Lord Jesus, thank You for bringing me here.
You know what I’ve been going through,
especially when I’m alone. I don’t want to stay in this darkness anymore.
Please don’t just call me into Your Light.
Take me there. In Jesus name, Amen.
Restored By Love
The little girl who once longed for a father, who was used, hurt, and forgotten, now walks with a Father who gives her everything she needs and more. He even mended the relationships with family members I never thought could be restored. He surrounded me with real love. He taught me how to love and be loved.
And He will do the same for you. In His hands, He will be your Father. Your everything. All you have to do is surrender to Him.
Say Yes to Jesus
The Bible says:
“If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
– Romans 10:9 (NLT)
This is more than a prayer; it’s a turning point. A new beginning. If you’re ready to surrender and receive Jesus as Lord, say this from your heart:
Salvation Prayer
Heavenly Father,
I come to You just as I am.
I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son the One who gave His life for mine.
I believe He died for my sins and rose again so I could be forgiven and free.
Today, I turn away from my old life and surrender everything to You.
Jesus, I receive You as my Lord and Savior.
Be my Light. Be my Beginning. Heal every broken place in me.
From this moment on, I belong to You.
Thank You for saving me.
Thank You for loving me.
In Jesus name, Amen.
If you said the salvation prayer, we’d love to know. kindly fill out the form below.
Welcome to the Family
If you just prayed that prayer, this is not just a new chapter; this is a new life!
Your past is behind you. Your future is in His hands.
And the Father is rejoicing because His child has come home.
“See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!”
– 1 John 3:1 (NIV)
This is the beginning of you.
And the best is yet to come.
